All therapy sessions are in complete confidence.
Both afternoon and early evening appointments are available, but morning
appointments can also be arranged.
I offer a free initial consultation by phone or email prior to your first appointment. During this initial consultation I will advise you on the best therapy for your particular problem.
Bear in mind that having therapy is an investment that you make into your future health, happiness and wellbeing. An investment that can, and does, transform your life and your ability to cope. You are worth that investment.
Fees
Hypnotherapy
Some problems, such as a job interview, passing a driving test, nail biting and so on, can be treated by hypnotherapy alone. 1, or possibly 2 sessions are usually sufficient.
A session will last for up to 1 hour and is £60.
Psychotherapy with Hypnotherapy
For deeply troubling emotional issues it would be better to have psychotherapy with hypnotherapy. The combination of psychotherapy (using appropriate counselling techniques including NLP) and hypnotherapy, is very effective for emotional problems. A free recording of the hypnosis part of the session is included for you to listen to at home if I think it will help you. This reinforces the treatment. I also offer Reiki free of charge if it is appropriate. This combination is so effective that 1-3 sessions are usually sufficient, and for most people one session is enough, depending on the problem and the individual.
A session will last up to 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on the individual and the problem, and is £80.
Stop Smoking - £120
1 session is usually sufficient and will include a free tape.
Past Life Regression - £120
Regression to a past life cannot be guaranteed but most people who try regression obtain a result and achieve some insight into their present life difficulties. The session involves counselling/psychotherapy and clinical hypnosis. Further counselling may be needed to address any arising issues.
Please note payment can only be accepted by cash or cheque. Payment is due at the end of each session.
Potential clients should also note that I work from home and only see clients by themselves as I have no waiting area facility for partners or friends.
