About Me

I am a well respected, professional and successful Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master in the Newcastle upon Tyne area. I draw on the latest research in counselling/psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy to help you with a wide range of psychological, emotional, habitual and health related problems. I recognise and respect that each person is unique and I work with you to become the best you can be. My clients are drawn from all over North East England - Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, Northumberland, Durham, Sunderland and Middlesbrough.

My practice is grounded in the conviction that all of us have a largely untapped capacity to understand ourselves and to improve our own health and wellbeing. Many women recommend me to their friends or families or return for help with other issues. I look forward to welcoming you as a client and helping you to overcome your problem.

Consultations

As a Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist based in the Newcastle upon Tyne area I offer a completely confidential, sensitive, and compassionate transformation therapy for women, which looks at problems, whether emotional, habitual or health related, from a woman's perspective. My transformation therapy is based on the life of the butterfly. A life symbolic of growth, change and transformation.

To transform you into the woman you wish to be I use a powerful and effective combination of counselling, (using various appropriate counselling techniques and NLP), with clinical hypnotherapy (I include Reiki free of charge for clients who are deeply distressed or who would like to have this deeply soothing therapy.) This effective combination of therapies addresses the issues that are affecting you and then, transformed, you can achieve your potential and your dreams. Then you can spread your wings and fly.

This unique method of working has made my hypnotherapy and psychotherapy practice one of the most successful in the Newcastle upon Tyne area.

Location

My counselling/hypnotherapy practice, which is in the Newcastle area, is in North Shields, with wonderful views over the River Tyne. It is in easy reach of Newcastle upon Tyne by metro, car or bus. I will give directions on how to get to the practice at when you make an appointment.
