I am a professional and successful Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master and I draw on the latest research in counselling/psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy to help you with a wide range of psychological, emotional, habitual and health related problems. I recognise and respect that each person is unique and I work with you to become the best you can be. My clients are drawn from all over North East England - Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, Northumberland, Durham, Sunderland and Middlesbrough. My practice is grounded in the conviction that all of us have a largely untapped capacity to understand ourselves and to improve our own health and well being. ConsultationsI offer a sensitive and compassionate counselling/psychotherapy and hypnotherapy service for women, looking at problems from a woman's perspective. Reiki is offered free of charge to counselling/psychotherapy clients.
Counselling/Psychotherapy with Clinical Hypnotherapy or Guided Imagery
In my Counselling/Psychotherapy practice I combine counselling (drawing on a number of counselling therapies as appropriate) with clinical hypnosis or guided imagery to help you with emotional, health and stress related problems. Each session lasts up to 1 hour and 30 minutes making it a very effective treatment. In addition I offer Reiki free of charge for clients who have been deeply distressed. This unique method of working has made my counselling/psychotherapy practice one of the most successful in the Newcastle area.
Clinical HypnotherapySome problems can be treated by clinical hypnotherapy alone. I will advise you when you ring or email for a free consultation. Past Life Regression
In addition there is also the opportunity to journey to a past life. Past life regression may help you to understand and heal present life problems and gain insight into you own personality and life direction.
